As an investor in our collections today, you will receive a standard title of ownership while your cases are safely stored in our warehouse in Luxembourg with optimal storage conditions. This title of ownership will be replaced with a digital title of ownership as of the launch of our NFT marketplace, and we will provide you with timely updates on the onboarding process.
By holding an NFT, you will own the underlying physical asset tied to that specific NFT. All our NFTs are 100% backed by the physical wines and this can be checked on the blockchain.

- Investieren & Handeln: Auf unserem Marktplatz haben Sie die Möglichkeit, diese digitalen Wein-Assets zu erwerben. Einmal gekauft, können Sie entscheiden: Lagern oder handeln? Ganz wie bei Aktien.
- Lagerung & Überwachung: Für Ihren Wein nur das Beste: Unser Hochsicherheitslager ist mit modernsten Sensoren ausgestattet, die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit ständig überwachen. Und dank der Blockchain können Sie diese Daten jederzeit einsehen.
The Vinesia warehouse is located in Luxembourg. For safety and security reasons, we do not allow unsolicited visits. However, we provide photos and videos from inside our actual warehouse to give you a glimpse of where and how your wine is stored. Rest assured, your investment is kept under optimal conditions in our secure facility. We will be providing additional footage (both videos and photos) of the inside of the warehouse over the coming months.
Yes, the photos you see on our website are actual images of the wines you can invest in, they are contractual and binding. Each image is unique and represents a specific bottle or case of wine. This is part of our commitment to transparency and authenticity, ensuring you know exactly what you are investing in…Incidentally, it shows you, our investor, that we actually own the bottles (or cases).
Yes. We offer a 0% service fee for the first 12 months following an investment on primary sales, which applies when an investor purchases their wine directly from Vinesia’s initial inventory.
Please note that this does not apply to secondary sales on the Vinesia marketplace.
After the first year, a service fee of 2.4% per annum is applied.
This fee covers the core tech that enables Vinesia to offer our “Peace of Mind” pledge towards our investors (Proof of Authenticity, Proof of Ownership, Proof of Storage Conditions).
It also covers the costs of storage, insurance, and optimal storage conditions.
Finally, it funds the development of new functionalities which are on our roadmap for the future.
The 2.4% service decreases based on the volume of your investments (Asset Under Management, AUM).

In essence, “Investor Peace of Mind” means that when you invest with Vinesia, you can be confident that your investment is secure, your experience is transparent and user-friendly, and support is readily available.
Buying wines through Vinesia offers several advantages over its competitors. You do not need to speak to a rep, unless you want to. What you see on our marketplace is what you can get. We are not telling you that we will build that “ultimate funky super-special wine portfolio for you” while simply assembling in the background what we are able to source.The photos will always be real photos of your bottles or cases, not random 3D renderings, as lovely as they may look.The wines come directly from winemakers, you do not have to worry about whether the wines may be counterfeit.When you want to sell your investment, you do not have to call anyone – you just put it for sale on the marketplace with a couple of clicks. Or maybe someone will have made an unsolicited bid for your asset which you decide to accept. We want the investment experience on both sides of the trade to be easy and transparent.
Meanwhile, while the wine is under our supervision, you get access to a number of tools which serve as 1. Proof of Authenticity, 2. Proof of Ownership and 3. Proof of Storage Conditions.
To make it simple, we strive to bring you as close as possible to your investment.
Yes, you can have your wine shipped, however, please be aware that the cost of shipping and any applicable VAT will be the responsibility of the customer.
